DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We ship your ordered products via DPD courier service and InPost Parcel Machines. We ship only within the territory of Poland.

Paczkomaty Inpost - PLN 12.99

Paczkomaty InPost is a system of post office boxes throughout Poland, thanks to which you can pick up your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parcels arrive at Paczkomaty InPost usually within one business day of sending the package. You have 48 hours to pick up your order - after this time the package will be transported to the nearest InPost Branch. Due to the limited size of the boxes, only parcels whose dimensions do not exceed gab size C are delivered to Parcel Post: 39 x 36 x 62 cm, and the weight does not exceed 25 kg.

DPD courier service - PLN 13.00.

The cost of shipping is given with the amount of insurance. In case of damage to the company tapes, the completeness of the goods received should be checked in the presence of the courier. If you find any deficiencies, you should draw up a protocol (it is the only basis for accepting a complaint about the incompleteness of the goods). Shipments usually reach the addressee the next day after posting.
